The Bay Restaurant, the beating heart of the hotel, is headed up by Gavin Oakley, the creative mastermind behind nearby award-winning Wallett's Court Country House Hotel. He brings his own brand of imagination and flair that has seen his team win recognition with entries in The Good Food Guide, a 2 rosette award in The AA Best Restaurant Guide and many other plaudits from national and international guides and in the press.
